Central Park and Top of the Rock

Back to the NY posts.... We're having such a bad New York- hangover :-( Missing it so much! Even wishing it was a month ago this time, just so that we could experience it all over again!

On Friday the 3rd of Aug, we did a Central Park walking Tour. We LOVED it! The tour guide was great, and the Park is just something else.... absolutely beautiful. At one point you can't even hear or see ANY city sounds... you could have been in the middle of a nature reserve. Wish we could have spend more time in the park, but there is just SO MUCH to do in this city! I would def recommend a guided tour if you're a visitor. There are so many interesting facts and some movie-scene spots that you probably wouldn't read in a guidebook. 

We also did a sunset visit to Top of the Rock! This was so cool, and better than the top of the Empire State Building if you ask me. Breathtaking views in the warm summer air... obviously it's pretty crowded, otherwise it would make such a perfect spot for some drinks!
