Training back on track after my cold, well almost... squash is going great, can see I'm improving! Would really like a gold medal again at these Games! Not quite back to where I was pre-cold on the tradmill/running front. I also need to start focussing on WALKING and not just jogging for the 3km race walk. Really starting to get excited about the Games.... 2 months and 9 days to go!
Not much other news... next Dr appointment is the 30th... hopefully all goes well. Until then I'm just focussing on increasing my fitness.
