Alice and family, I found your blog through Confessions of a CF Husband and I am so excited that things are going well so far. We are joining in, with all those that are praying for Ticia, to pray for you also. We are Believers and its exciting to join with other "family" that we will not meet this side of heaven in praying for God to come down and do miracles for His glory.

Wow! I'm so happy for Alice and your entire family! I hope she has a speedy and blessed recovery - and hopefully soon she'll be up going faster than ever!

I too have CF, and hope one day that my transplant is as speedy as Alice's!

Love, Carla

Alice,

I found your blog through Nate's (not that I actually know him either, but!!!). What a blessing 2008 has already been for you. I pray that rejection stays away and that you heal quickly and are able to use those new lungs to their fullest potential!

What a wonderful story. I just found out about Alice through Nate's website, and when I read today's blog I felt like I was there! What an exciting day!

My daughter Megan, who is also a feisty 23 year old, and my 11 year old nephew both have CF. It is scary for all of us, but Megan stares it right in the eye every day and refuses to give in to it. It sounds like Alice is very much like Megan in this regard.

We will be praying for Alice and watching for what we hope will be continued great news as she battles to recover from this surgery. God bless Alice and all those who care about her.
